I didn't bike today, but I did belly dance for an hour. Oh, how I miss that! The movements, the gracefulness... all of it. Tomorrow I might end up missing my workout, but I'm not going to be upset. Partly because I'm in the middle of a mini-detox right now and I felt a little light-headed after the dancing. I'll be adding a little more mushrooms or something to breakfast in the morning and see if that helps.
Today is also begin spent in the kitchen. I want to get lots of yarn dyed before the end of the day.
